The Chef works with local products and local production, as much as possible, in order to offer you gourmet, generous and refined cuisine. The products are selected with great rigor to offer you exquisite moments of escape and indulgence. 

You can enjoy this regional and gourmet cuisine in the warm restaurant room, in mountain style, or on the pleasant terrace. On site, you will also find a bar, open during restaurant hours. Simple and tasty moments await you in our hotel-restaurant in Passy - Sallanches.

We are open all year round, every evening from Wednesday to Saturday. We are also open Saturday noon and Sunday noon. We invite you to book your table directly by phone or online .

A unique know-how Local producers

We work in close collaboration with local producers who pamper our beautiful region. We present to you some of the producers with whom we are used to working: the fishermen of Lake Geneva, the Ferme de la Cascade, the Ferme du Vivier, the Ferme Victorine, the olive oil from Andalusia Finca Duernas, the truffles of Madame Roubaud and many others.

Our restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday evening and Saturday and Sunday lunchtime.

From Wednesday May 15, 2024, the restaurant will be open on Tuesday evening and will be closed on Sunday lunchtime.

Annual closure from Monday April 29 to Wednesday May 15 inclusive.

For professionals The evening stopover

Salespeople, VRPs and professionals passing through the Plaine du Mont-Blanc will be able to stop off at our hotel-restaurant in Passy - Sallanches.

The formula is €135 per person.

It includes an overnight stay in one of our rooms, breakfast and a dinner with two courses from the daily menu, excluding drinks.
