The restaurant l'Auberge de l'Orangerie will offer you a special kind of cuisine, where pleasure and creativity meet. Its Chef, Christophe Liboureau, prioritizes noble products and let his inventiveness speak to sublimate tastes and flavours in the heart of the plate.
You could wether taste local products such as fishes of lake Léman, cheeses of the farm La Cascade, or products of South-West of France, or also sea products... Always chosen with a great rigour.
The Chef Christophe Liboureau has first of all a great passion for his job. He used to attend classes at Curnonsky’s catering school in Saumur.
In permanent search of new flavours and other know-hows, he worked for a while at the Moulin du Roc in Champagnac de Bélair by the side of Mrs Charlet, a great stared Chef.
Still looking for new experiences, he opened his first restaurant in Sallanches in 1990, and then in 1995 he settled for good in his new restaurant “L”Auberge de l’Orangerie”.
A confectioner Chef Hervé Jouen, a team composed of 8 persons, an inventive and colourful cuisine arouse the flavours inspired from the land all seasons long.
Christophe Liboureau has remained discreet and reserved.
